Can I stop taking Nexium for acid reflux?

I am trying to stop taking nexium for acid reflux. Been using apple cider and honey with cinnamon. Any other suggestions?

Stopping Nexium is tough but totally worth it, when you consider the long-term effects of heartburn medications.

Unfortunately, going off nexium can often make your stomach over-secrete acid as a rebound to being suppressed by the medication for a long time.

You need to use a combination of setting your diet right and using natural remedies to finally transition out of Nexium.

We will soon be publishing a guide to this, but meanwhile, here is a good resource from someone who has been through this process. We have reviewed it and find it largely in line with what the best doctors, who understand holistic medicine say about the subject.
