Lunch

  • 1 Cup Prepared Coleslaw
  • 1 Ounce Sweet Potato Chips
  • 1 glass Flavor-Infused Water (try sliced cucumbers, lime and mint)

Snack

  • 1 small Banana
  • 10 Almonds

Dinner

  • 1 portion Moussaka
  • 2 slices Rye Bread, toasted
