Lunch
- 1 portion Chicken, Pepper & Mushroom Sauté
- 1 cup cooked Brown Rice
Snack
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 8 Celery Sticks with 2 tbsp Hummus
- 1 cup Tea/Coffee
Dinner
- 1 serving Spiced lamb
- 1 cup Lemon & Herb Quinoa
