- 1 bowl Lettuce, Walnuts and Feta Salad
Snack
- 1 slice of Whole-Grain Bread
- 2 ounces of Roasted Turkey
Dinner
- 1 portion Chicken Steak with Mushroom-Sherry Sauce
- 1 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
- 1/2 Cup Steamed Asparagus
