  • 1 cup of 1% Milk

Lunch

  • 1 portion Chicken, Pepper & Mushroom Sauté
  • 1 cup cooked Brown Rice

Snack

  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries
  • 8 Celery Sticks with 2 tbsp Hummus
  • 1 cup Tea/Coffee

Dinner

  • 1 serving Spiced lamb
  • 1 cup Lemon & Herb Quinoa
