Lunch

  • 1 portion Grilled Mackerel with Soy, Lime & Ginger
  • 1 bowl Lettuce, Walnuts and Feta Salad

Snack

  • 1 slice of Whole-Grain Bread
  • 2 ounces of Roasted Turkey

Dinner

  • 1 portion Chicken Steak with Mushroom-Sherry Sauce
  • 1 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
  • 1/2 Cup Steamed Asparagus
