Lunch

  • 1 glass Flavor-Infused Water (try sliced cucumbers, strawberries and mint)

Snack

  • 1 small bowl Cherries with Ricotta & Toasted Almonds
  • 1 cup Chai Tea with unsweetened Almond Milk

Dinner

  • 1 serving Baked Chicken with Vegetables
  • 1 cup Quinoa
