Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Pizza Recipe
Pizza for breakfast? Well, why not? This is no regular pizza though. This is a “healthy” pizza, as the small apple we use is a great fruit choice – containing only 77 calories and 21 g carbs. Chalk full of fiber, a good source of vitamin C, and full of antioxidants, we can’t think of a better topping for a breakfast pizza! The added dash of cinnamon powder further helps control blood sugar fluctuations throughout your day.

Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 350 deg F for 5 minutes.
  2. Lay the whole wheat tortilla on a plate. Arrange the thinly sliced apple on top in a circle. You can also use a 6” whole wheat pizza base if you do not have tortillas.
  3. Sprinkle the cinnamon powder on top.
  4. Pop the apple pizzas into the oven for 5 minutes, or until the apples soften and start to turn golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven back to the plate. Sprinkle the Splenda Brown Sugar Blend on top (optional). Add the nuts and raisin toppings. Enjoy!
