Apple & Mango Jelly Recipe
Not all sweet treats are a no-no for diabetics! In fact, it’s possible to make your own jelly from any 100% fruit juice that preferably contains no additives. And while we have used clear honey as a sweetener for our recipe, you can even use Stevia or Splenda, depending on your own needs and tastes. Each serving contains no more than 59 calories, making this an excellent dessert option for diabetics, as well as those looking to lose weight.
