  • 8-10pound Bone-in, Smoked, Fully-cooked Ham Low sodium
  • 1Cup Dijon Mustart
  • 1/2Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2tbsp garlicMinced
  • 2tbsp RosemaryChopped
  • Ground PepperTo taste
  1. Preheat oven to 300 deg F.
  2. Combine the mustard, mayonnaise, garlic, rosemary and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place your ham in a roasting pan, fat side up.
  4. Slather generously with the mustard-mayonnaise-rosemary mixture.
  5. Pour about ½ cup of water into the bottom of the pan and place in the preheated oven.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes per lb. uncovered.
  7. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow it to cool.
  8. Slice thinly, and serve.
