Instructions
  1. Whisk the egg, milk, cilantro, salt, chili flakes and pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and add the egg mixture. Stir with a heatproof rubber spatula to scramble until cooked. Turn off the heat.
  3. Sprinkle half the cheese down the center of each tortilla. Top with the scrambled egg, tomato, and chunky salsa.
  4. Roll up burrito-style by folding the bottom up and sides to center. Enjoy your breakfast on the go!
