Whip together eggs and cheese, pour into ramekins and set in the oven and go on about your busy morning.......doesn’t get easier than this! Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white along with vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat and cholesterol than the yolk. The whites are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper. Egg yolks contain fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K along with heart-healthy fats.

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix eggs, milk, garlic salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Spray 3 ramekins with non-stick cooking spray and fill 1/2 full with cheese.
  3. Pour egg mixture into ramekins and fill to top.
  4. Place ramekins on cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until high and fluffy.
  5. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
