Ingredients
  • 2 Chicken BreastsPoached
  • 2Cup Romaine lettuce leavesRoughly torn
  • 2tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
  • 1/3Cup Finely Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4Cup Sweet Red PeppersFinely chopped
  • 1/4Cup CucumberFinely chopped
  • 4 Whole wheat Tortillas
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, toss together lettuce, salad dressing, red peppers, cucumber and cheese.
  2. Shred chicken, and add to bowl. Mix well together. Chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 300 deg F. Wrap the tortillas in an aluminium foil and cook in the oven for 10 minutes, or until soft.
  4. Split salad onto four tortillas.
  5. Wrap and serve.
