  • 4 large Fresh Fish Steak use any white fish of your choice like Tilapia, Cod, Salmon or Trout
  • 1 Courgette cut into chunks
  • 1 large Mango Peeled and cut into cubes
  • 2 Limes Cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Low-fat Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander Chopped

Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
  2. Cut the fish into bite sized chunks
  3. Thread the fish, courgette, mango and lime wedges onto 4 pre-soaked wooden skewers. Brush with 1 tbsp. of the sweet chilli sauce.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, remaining sweet chilli sauce and the chopped coriander until smooth. Remove into a dip bowl. Cover and chill.
  5. Cook the kebab on the preheated grill for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until the fish is cooked, turning them once.
  6. Serve with the chilled dipping sauce.
