  • 10-15 Leaves Holy Basil or 2 tea bags of Holy Basil

  • 1/2 tsp Honey
  • 1-2 Cloves
  • 1-2 Sticks Cinnamon

Instructions
  1. Heat water in a pan
  2. Roughly chop & crush the ginger in a mortar and pestle and add into the pan of water.
  3. Add black pepper powder as well as other ingredients.
  4. Bring to boil, reduce the flame a little and allow to cook and reduce to half the quantity. Approx 10 min.
  5. Mix in the honey and stir well.
  6. Strain and serve hot.
