Instructions
  1. Peel the mango. Place it in a bowl, and chop into chunks. Reserve the juices.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the chopped mango with the roasted chicken chunks.
  3. Combine oil, lemon juice, parsley and chili with the reserved mango juices in a small bowl. Mix it well.
  4. Put the mixed salad greens on to the serving plate. Top up with the mango and chicken mix. Drizzle the chili dressing over. Toss lightly, and serve.
