Salad Dressing Recipe
A diet rich in olive oil helps prevent diabetes. The spices – oregano, ginger and rosemary – are all super helpful for folks with diabetes, as they help manage blood sugar levels. The yogurt gives this dressing a nice, rich texture without the unnecessary calories.
Ingredients
  • Olive oil and Sunflower oilin equal parts
  • 1tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
  • Fresh spices mix: oregano, rosemary, basilCan also use a powdered version
  • Lemon Juiceto taste
  • Crushed GingerFew Drops
  • Paparika and Cuminto taste
Instructions
  1. Combine olive oil and other oil, maybe sunflower oil, in a 50-50 proportion.
  2. Add 1 tbspof apple cider vinegar and/or fresh lemon juice or to taste.
  3. Add salt to taste, a little brown sugar or honey.
  4. For thickening add some plain yogurt. Add oregano, rosemary, gingerjuice, basil and dill.
  5. You can also add paprika, a little cumin and black pepper
