  • 1 tbsp Manuka Honey
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2-3 tbsp Water
  • 300 ml Greek Yogurt
  • 140 g Fresh Raspberries
  • Few sprigs of fresh Mint

Instructions
  1. Place the apples in a saucepan with the honey, cinnamon and water and cook on low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes, or until the apples are soft and fluffy.
  2. Remove from heat and beat until free of lumps. Leave to cool.
  3. Place the yogurt in a large bowl and whip until smooth. Add the apple mixture. Reserve a few raspberries for decoration and stir the remainder into the apple-yogurt mixture.
  4. Spoon into 4 individual dishes and leave to chill for at least an hour.
  5. Once chilled, decorate the bowls with the remaining raspberries and fresh mint sprigs and serve.
