What makes Watermelon & Cantaloupe Parfait the perfect GERD friendly dessert? Watermelon is actually a vegetable that is high in fiber, and a relative to pumpkins, cucumbers, and squash. It’s light and healthy, while being GERD friendly too. Cantaloupe is a great source of magnesium, a mineral that is found in many reflux medications. Yogurt is also excellent for acid reflux, as it’s full of gut-friendly probiotics.

Instructions
  1. Bring out 4 parfait glasses to quickly assemble your dessert.
  2. Divide the chopped cantaloupe equally among the four glasses.
  3. Top this with ¼ cup of yogurt in each glass. Top this with ¼ cup granola.
  4. Next, divide diced apple evenly among the four glasses for the next layer.
  5. Again, top this with ¼ cup of yogurt and then ¼ cup granola in each glass.
  6. Lastly, add the chopped watermelon, dividing equally among the 4 glasses.
  7. Top with a dollop of yogurt and garnish with granola.
