Lunch

  • 1 cup Garlicky Roasted Broccoli

Snack

  • 2 Cups Popcorn, air popped
  • 1 cup Tea/Coffee with 1% Milk

Dinner

  • 1 serving Seared Duck with Red Onion Relish
  • 1 bowl Spinach Salad with Dried Cranberries & Flaked Almonds
