Lunch

  • 1 Whole-Wheat Pita Bread, small

Snack

  • Handful of Almonds/Walnuts (or mixed nuts)
  • 1 cup Chai Tea with unsweetened Almond Milk

Dinner

  • 1 serving Seafood Stir-fry
  • 1 cup Brown Rice, cooked
